Goswami currently serves as a system VP and CIDO for the University of Wisconsin Health System (UW Health), leading strategic direction for IT, informatics, and other digital activities. Prior to his role at UW Health, he worked at BJC Healthcare, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, including VP for business relationship management. He’s also worked in finance, telecoms, and transportation. Goswami received dual master’s degrees from Webster University.
Raytheon is a business unit of RTX Corporation, and is a US defense contractor and industrial corporation with manufacturing concentrations in weapons, military, and commercial electronics. Flynn joined RTX in 2023 as CTO of Raytheon. She later served as VP and CIO of government programs before assuming her current position. Prior to RTX, she had various leadership roles with GE, including CIO of military systems operations at GE Aviation, and VP of separation management and infrastructure. Flynn holds a BS from Miami University.
Academy Sports + Outdoors appoints Sumit Anand CIO
Academy Sports + Outdoors is a sporting goods and outdoor store offering a broad assortment of hunting, fishing, and camping equipment and gear, along with sports and leisure products, footwear, apparel, and more. Before joining, Anand served in various executive roles for At Home, including CIO and head of strategy. He was also the SVP of business and technology transformation at Signet Jewelers, and held leadership roles with Accenture. He holds an MS from the University of Colorado, Denver.
RateFast is an impairment rating service used by medical providers, adjusters, and nurse case managers to create impairment reports for workers’ compensation stakeholders. Bongiovanni previously held senior leadership roles at Sage Software, where he managed a channel portfolio of over 1,000 partners and led 150-person teams with diverse skill sets. He also founded and grew LMW Consulting, a managed services provider specializing in IT solutions for SMEs.
Textron Aviation provides airborne solutions for government, military, and commercial customers. Pankey joined Textron Aviation a decade ago, most recently serving as director of global infrastructure and project management at Textron Aviation, and deputy CIO of eAviation. He served nearly 13 years in the Air Force, culminating with the role of deputy IT director of the 21st Medical Group, Air Force Space Command.
Snowflake Inc. is a cloud-based data storage company that helps organizations share data, build apps and power their business with AI. Prior to joining, Blandina served as CIO of Payments at J.P. Morgan, and before that, he served as CEO at Bakkt, a publicly traded company specializing in digital assets trading and payments. He was also head of payments engineering at PayPal, where he led the team through PayPal’s IPO in 2001, and led Google’s payments engineering and wallet engineering teams through the launch of Google Wallet in 2011. He also founded and developed two startup payments/commerce companies, which were both acquired at maturity. Blandina also served four years in the US Army.
Books-A-Million, a retailer of books, toys, games, and collectibles, operates more than 200 stores in 32 states, as well as its e-commerce site. Waters rejoined the company in 2024 as SVP of IT and has overseen key digital implementations for financials, supply chain, and merchandising while supporting existing systems, and driving efficiency and innovation. He held prior roles at Milo’s Tea and Bam! Waters hold a BS from Virginia Tech.
Founded in 1932, Revlon manufactures, distributes, and markets beauty care products. He most recently served as Global CTO at Merlin Entertainments where he oversaw technology strategy for entertainment destinations across 23 countries. Before, he was VP of technology EMEA at Starbucks and led significant digital transformation initiatives, including the rollout of Starbucks Digital Solutions across 86 international markets. Marshall is a graduate of the University of the West of Scotland.
Extreme Networks is an AI-driven cloud network, focused on delivering solutions that enable connections among devices, applications, and users. Prior to Extreme, Vaswani served in several CIO roles at companies such as IDG, Box, Toast, Inc., and Shockwave Medical. At Shockwave, she helped to scale operations and grow annual revenue to $1 billion. She also helped guide Toast through the IPO process and played a role in growing the company from $1 billion to over $3 billion in annual revenue. She holds a BS from San Jose State University.
The Mutual Group is an insurance services platform providing a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to enhance the operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term success of mutual insurance carriers. Previously, Bansal served as CITO at Oncourse Home Solutions, where he led a major carveout, drove several technology transformation initiatives, and spearheaded M&A activities. He’s also held C-level roles at Intact Specialty Insurance and iptiQ, a subsidiary of Swiss Re, and served as VP at Fidelity Investments. Bansal holds a BE from Nagpur University and an MBA from Indore University.
Silicon Labs welcomes Radhika Chennakeshavula as CIO
Silicon Labs, a fabless semiconductor company, designs, develops, and markets mixed-signal analog intensive integrated circuits (ICs). Chennakeshavula previously served as VP of infrastructure operations and engineering services at Western Digital, where she led the infrastructure team in providing IT services for mission-critical functions, including manufacturing and R&D. She held a prior position of senior director India IT at Micron Technology, and earned a BS from Sikkim Manipal University and an MS from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
Augusta Health is an independent, nonprofit, community health system formed in 1994 that offers a full continuum of inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services. Williams joined in 2021 and has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s technology strategy, most recently serving as assistant CIO. Previously, she held key roles at the University of Virginia Health System and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and an MS from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
Morgan State University, founded in 1867, is a research institution offering more than 150 academic degree and certificate programs. Most recently, Summers served as executive director of cloud and advanced network engineering services at Arizona State University, where he co-founded and directed Next Lab, pioneering advancements in AI, extended reality, and Web3 technologies. Prior to his role in higher education, Summers served as a manager and systems security designer for the USDOD. He holds a BS from Elizabeth City State University, an MS from Carnegie Mellon University, and a PhD from Case Western Reserve University.
Sandesh Parulekar joins Workers Credit Union as CIO
Founded in 1914, Workers Credit Union is a member-owned financial institution supporting nearly 122,000 members through coaching, products, and support. Parulekar most recently had a number of roles at Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU). While serving as DCU’s VP of engineering, he worked to develop its AI and ML capacities while executing automation and business process management to optimize back-office operations. He holds a BS from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and an MBA from Boston University.
